The Scenery of Knowledge"s Language-Game in Wittgenstein"s Philosophical Investigations
Our purpose is to take into account Wittgenstein"s
analyses about knowledge in the Philosophical Investigations,
in order to articulate them and elaborate a concept
of knowledge (Wissen). My first claim is that this is
possible. My second claim is that the complexity of this
concept has not been taken into consideration and its
originality has been misunderstood in the horizon of the
Philosophy of Mind (Vohra, A. 1986), of Philosophy of
Psychology (Schulte, J. 1993; Budd, M. 1989). My
objection is that the analysis of "knowledge� presupposes
the dissolution of mind and psychology. My third claim
concerns the interpretation of the verb "to know� from K.
Bühler"s point of view as a kind of signal (Signal), at least
in some uses, and as a symbol or an expression in some
others. This connection concerning "knowledge� has not
been brought out in, e.g., (Hacker, P.M.S. 1993; von
Savigny, E. and Scholz, O.R. 1995)

It examines how the financial intermediaries\u27 gatekeeping function eroded when faced with increased competition. Under normal circumstances, underwriters should have impeded Argentinean access to capital markets or at least hardened the terms under which Argentina could borrow
The formation of disks in massive spiral galaxies
The flatness of the rotation curve inside spiral galaxies is interpreted as
the imprint of a halo of invisible matter. Using the deepest observations of
distant galaxies, we have investigated how large disks could have been formed.
Observations include spatially resolved kinematics, detailed morphologies and
photometry from UV to mid-IR. Six Giga-years ago, half of the present-day
spirals had anomalous kinematics and morphologies that considerably affect the
scatter of the Tully Fisher relation. All anomalous galaxies can be modelled
through gas-rich, major mergers that lead to a rebuilt of a new disk. The
spiral-rebuilding scenario is proposed as a new channel to form large disks in
present-day spirals and it accounts for all the observed evolutions since the
last 6 Giga-years. A large fraction of the star formation is linked to merging
